Sam & Max

Hello-

Here are some pictures of me with Sam and Max.  Sam’s surgery will be in at least two stages:  the first, on Monday, will be to either use a catheter to expand his pulmonary valve, or to put a in shunt; this is to allow better blood flow to his lungs so he’ll have more oxygen in his blood.  This is so he can grow a bit bigger for the big procedure to repair the arteries.  After he recovers from this procedure (in possibly 5 – 7 days), Sam can come home until the next procedure.
