Another Update – Heart Catheterization

Hello-

Another message to let you know what’s going on with Sam… On Monday, Sam will be undergoing a heart catheterization to map his heart and determine exactly what the status is.  Once this is done, the cardiac surgeons/doctors will meet to come up with a plan of action.  They’ll decide whether or not he’s ready for his next operation, and how they will proceed.  Hopefully, after this, they’ll at least be able to give us a timeframe for Sam’s surgery.  This is an outpatient procedure, so we should all be back home later that day/night.

Otherwise, both Sam and Max are doing great… They’re both growing and thriving.  They’re both smiling now, and we can see their little personalities starting to form.  It’s great watching them day to day.  Below is another picture of them hanging out together.
